He works with all major lending institutions such as Wells Fargo, Union Bank, Morgan Stanley, and more. He does appraisal valuations all throughout Ventura County for divorce and estate purposes including wills, trusts, and other attorney requests. In addition, he appraises 1-4 unit residential properties. He has also testified in court as an expert witness for valuation purposes.
